DESCRIPTION

This product is extracted from the mesocarp of the palm oil fruit and its varieties by either a mechanic extraction or a solvent extraction process. It is characterized by its relation 1:1 between palmitic acid and oleic acid, which grants a high stability

to oxidation, and it does not need hydrogenation. This product possesses a high content of vitamin A (carotenes) and vitamin E.

APPLICATIONS

The crude oil palm is used in its natural form as raw material in the industry of oils and edible fats (liquid oils and margarines), concentrates for animals, soaps, biodiesel and many other products. Due to its relation of fatty acids, the oil renders two fractions: stearin and olein, of multiple industrial applications.

DESCRIPTION

The stearin (solid with room-temperature) is obtained from the fractioning of the refined, whitened and deodorized oil, after the stage of crystallization with a controlled temperature. It is characterized by being a trans-fatty acid-free oil.

APPLICATIONS

Stearin is utilized in the formulation of margarines, solid fats for bakery, shortenings, and also in industrial processes such as production of cosmetics, soaps, detergents, candles and lubricating grease.

DESCRIPTION:

The soybean oil is often better balanced than olive oil, because of its content of essential fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega 6. This makes soybean oil a good complement for diets plenty of red meats and carbohydrates.

APPLICATIONS:

Soybean oil predominates in gastronomy and can be found in salad dressings and oils to fry foods. It has many good qualities for industrial use including the production of plastics and biodiesel.

This oil is extracted from the kernel of the oil palm fruit, Elaeis guineensis Jacq , and its varieties by means of mechanic extraction or solvent processes.

 

APPLICATIONS

It can be used as raw material in manufacturing of soaps, cosmetics, cleaning supplies and the oleochemical industry at large. Additionally, it is a substitute for the coconut oil due to the similarity of the composition of their fatty acids. It is also of use in the formulation of special fats for margarines, sweets, ice creams, among others.

DESCRIPTION: They are byproducts of the physical refining of the palm oil.

 

APPLICATIONS:

They serve as raw material for the manufacturing of candles, textile dyes, soaps and detergents. The calcium soaps of this product are a nutritional complement for the cattle diet. In the oleochemical industry, they are the base for the preparation of fatty alcohols and derivatives.

DESCRIPTION:

They are the result of blending of the assorted products in the proportions requested by the customer.

 

APPLICATIONS:

These products will have a variety of use pursuant to the customers’ plans. Most often, of use in the production of detergents.

DESCRIPTION

It is obtained from the mesocarp of the oil palm frut, Elaeis guineensis Jacq , and its varieties, by a mechanic extraction or a solvent process. The product undergoes a physical or chemical refining process to eliminate the presence of fatty acids, color, humidity, and impurities.

 

APPLICATIONS

Due to the fatty acid relation, stearin and olein are obtained from the oil. Both of them exhibit a broad range of industrial use. The palm oil RBD is used in the industry of edible oils and fats, mainly in the formulation of liquid oils, margarines and special fats for bakery. It can be rated as a versatile and stable raw material of great nutritional value.

DESCRIPTION:

The margaric acid is a combination of stearic acid and palmitic acid. Hardening consists of altering the melting point of the oil in order to obtain a specific solid curve by means of hydrogenation, or interesterification or fractionation.

 

APPLICATIONS:

Used as margarine for spreads, shakes, baking process, and puff pastry.

DESCRIPTION:

Dietary fat is the vegetable fat used as food. It is a solid lipid with room temperature.

 

APPLICATIONS:

As an ingredient for fried foods.

DESCRIPTION:

The olive oil is a vegetable oil mostly used for cooking. It is obtained from the olive fruit ( Olea europaea ), called olive. The quality of olive oil is judged by its organoleptic properties and content of free fatty acids.

 

APPLICATIONS:

Its use is fundamentally culinary, though it has been given cosmetic and medicinal uses.

DESCRIPTION:

Elaborated from the palm oil following the saponification process to form a salt of the fatty acids.

 

APPLICATIONS:

Production of toilet soap, washing soap, translucent soaps, and high-foam medicinal soaps.

The manufacturer of the end product may add pigments, fragrances and other components to create his own soap brand. This done, soap is molded and pressed in its final shape with the brand stamped, and packed.

DESCRIPTION:

The sunflower oil is a vegetable oil, obtained from the pressing of the seeds of the chapter of the sunflower plant. It is technically a set of cardio-healthful unsaturated fats (with moderate amounts of oleic acid compared to olive oil) and a lavish source of vitamin E. It is also considered a potent antioxidant.

 

APPLICATIONS:

Culinary ingredient. Refined sunflower oil is light yellow, flavorless and almost inodorous. The virgin (unrefined) oil of first press has a pleasant and very strong aroma.

DESCRIPTION:

The canola oil is extracted from the colza seed. Currently, there exist varieties of colza whose oil contains low levels of erucic acid. These new types of oil are called “canola” or “colza double zero” due to their low level of glucosinolates.

APPLICATIONS:

Cooking purposes.

DESCRIPTION:

It is characteristically a liquid product with warm temperatures. Obtained from the first fractionation of the oil after the crystallization process with a controlled temperature, and after undergoing whitening and physical refining.

 

APPLICATIONS:

As input for edible liquid oils, in pure form or mixed with other liquid oils. Due to its composition of fatty acids is a stable oil with a high temperature. This has led it to be the first option for industrial fried foods, a variety of dried and frozen entrees. It is also used in margarines, creams and confectionery.
